Creation of my wine bottle font

Rather than create my own font, i decided to manipulate another.  i did this by literately exploding the font in a 3d software package.


Here i created a basic 3d text saying abstract in 3d max using the font ARIAL.

I then added the bombs in 3d max accordantly so that the blew the font correctly.  bombs pretty much just separate the edges of the object and send them flying.

you have to link the bombs to the text for this to work so you have to bind it to the world space by clicking this icon and dragging the bomb to the text.

and there is the result, the text has practically deformed into something new and artistic...i think.
